About Four Life Fitness

Four Life Fitness was built to help women develop strength that lasts beyond short-term motivation. It is rooted in sustainable habits, realistic movement, and disciplined consistency that fits real life seasons.

Founded by Krystal Saldivar, Four Life Fitness is not about extremes, quick fixes, or perfection. It is about stewardship of the body, honoring the season you are in, and building rhythms that support long-term health, confidence, and resilience.

At this time, Four Life Fitness is not accepting new one-on-one coaching clients. The philosophy and framework continue to live on through faith-led formation experiences such as Pray & Slay.

Four Life Fitness is a coaching-based fitness and nutrition philosophy designed for women who want structure, accountability, and sustainable results without burning out.

This approach meets women in real life seasons. Busy schedules. Changing bodies. Shifting priorities. The focus is not intensity for intensity’s sake, but intelligent strength training, realistic nourishment, and habit formation that can be maintained.

This is fitness that fits real life, not the other way around.

While Four Life Fitness coaching is not currently open, its principles of consistency, discipline, and stewardship are intentionally woven into Pray & Slay, a faith-led formation reset offered through Real Life Real Faith Ministry.
