What Pray & Slay Is
Pray & Slay is a formation reset.
Pray & Slay helps establish a way of living, not just a short term reset. It is meant to anchor the year with habits, spiritual focus, and intentional rhythms that support a Christ centered life. Women finish the program with greater clarity, consistency, and confidence to continue stewarding their body, mind, and spirit throughout the year.
The January Commitments
• Abstaining from alcohol for the entire month of January
• Engaging in intentional movement at least three times per week or more
• Daily Scripture engagement through The Bible Recap Bible in a Year plan
• Attending a church of your choice every Sunday
Community & Leadership
Pray & Slay is supported through a private Facebook community led by Krystal.
This private group is the primary space where guidance, reminders, encouragement, and leadership are shared throughout the reset. Daily direction, community rhythm, and ongoing support will be communicated through this group.
What you are paying for
Your enrollment provides access to leadership, structure, and shared rhythm for the full 31-day reset.
You are paying for a guided formation experience that removes guesswork and creates a clear starting line for the month of January.
What you receive
• A clearly defined 31-day framework that integrates faith, movement, and daily discipline
• Leadership and direction from Krystal throughout the reset
• Access to the private Pray & Slay Facebook community for encouragement and accountability
• Ongoing reminders, guidance, and reinforcement of the monthly commitments
• A shared experience with other women walking the same commitments at the same time
Optional support resources
They may include sample movement ideas or protein-forward food suggestions to support consistency and daily rhythm.
Movement Expectations & Clarity
Pray & Slay does not include online workouts, training sessions, or in-person meetups with Krystal.
Participants are responsible for choosing how and where they engage in intentional movement throughout the month. This may include group fitness classes, yoga, walking, strength training at a gym, home workouts, or any form of movement that is accessible and appropriate for their body.
Consistency matters more than intensity. Showing up matters more than performance.
Krystal's role includes
• Establish the commitments and rhythm for the month
• Provide consistent encouragement and reminders
• Maintain a healthy, grace-filled culture within the community
• Keep the focus on obedience, consistency, and alignment rather than performance
Pray & Slay is led with clarity and care. Women are supported, not pressured. Growth mindset is encouraged
What Pray & Slay is not
• Not one-on-one coaching
• Not a fitness or nutrition program
• Not therapy or counseling
• Not a replacement for church or pastoral leadership
Why the cost matters
The enrollment fee is not about access to content. It is about commitment and shared accountability.
Paying to enroll creates intention, follow-through, and a collective sense of ownership for the month. It supports the structure, leadership, and community required to hold the experience with integrity.
